Kate Sadler, PhD, BCBA-D, LBA | Program Director of Training and Development

Kate M. Sadler, PhD, BCBA-D, LBA is the Director of Training and Professional Development and Senior Consultant at ABACS. In 2018, she received her PhD in Autism Spectrum Disorders and Cognitive Psychology at the University of MIssouri; Columbia. In 2019, she completed her post-doctoral work in Applied Behavior Analysis at the University of Virginia. Dr. Sadler works as an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Psychology at the University of Southern Illinois;Carbondale. Prior to her career in academia, she was a Special Education teacher for 15 years in the St. Louis area. Dr. Sadler is committed to the development and implementation of evidence based interventions to support individuals impacted by emotional, behavioral, and/or neurodevelopmental disabilities across the lifespan.  Her expertise lies in early identification of ASD and other developmental disabilities and supporting adults and the aging community. Dr. Sadler’s focus at ABACS involves training, mentoring, and supervising new and existing employees, providing evidence-based interventions and assessment support.
